Commercial & Promotional Printing
Bring the printed parts of a campaign or business project together. GG Color Print supports brochures, labels, notebooks, calendars, envelopes, forms and other branded paper products, with specifications adapted to the way each item will be used.

Plan the print items as a set
Provide a list of the materials you need, the quantity of each and the intended distribution. This helps identify shared color references and artwork requirements.
- Brochures and folded leaflets: confirm flat size, finished size, fold sequence and paper preference.
- Labels and stickers: describe the application surface, dimensions, artwork and use conditions.
- Notebooks and calendars: discuss page layout, binding, format and any version-specific content.
- Envelopes, forms and inserts: confirm size, print positions, paper and how each item will be used.
Keep brand references consistent
Supply current logos, approved colors, artwork and any existing printed samples. Paper and finishing can change the appearance of the same artwork, so agree on the appropriate reference and proofing approach for each item.
Select finishing for the intended use
Lamination, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, folding and die-cutting can be discussed where suitable. The available combination depends on stock, artwork, format and quantity. For labels, identify any durability or adhesion requirements rather than assuming them from the design.
Prepare files and quantities
Identify the final version of each file and its matching quantity. File review can cover trim and bleed, safe areas, folds, page order, image resolution and fonts as applicable. Confirm delivery destinations and whether items need to be packed separately or as sets.
Frequently asked questions
Can several print items be quoted together?
Yes. Supply an itemized list with the specifications and quantity for each product, plus shared artwork or brand references.
Can you help review the artwork?
File review can help identify common specification and preparation issues. Tell us what is ready and what still needs to be completed.
Can you guarantee an exact screen-color match?
A screen is not a final printed-color reference. Discuss printed references, materials and the proofing approach before approving production.
