Custom Book & Publication Printing

Plan a publication around its content, readers and intended use. GG Color Print supports custom books, catalogs, brochures and booklets, with paper, binding and finishing choices reviewed together before production.

Choose the publication format

Start with the finished size, page count and how the publication will be used. A reference copy or PDF helps clarify the intended result.

  • Hardcover books: discuss cover boards, wrapping material, endpapers and the desired opening experience.
  • Softcover books and catalogs: compare cover stock, text paper and binding against the page count and budget.
  • Brochures and booklets: consider saddle stitching or another binding method after the pagination is confirmed.
  • Manuals and handbooks: identify versions, languages and any recurring updates before preparing print files.

Paper, color and finishing

Coated and uncoated papers create different reading and image experiences. We can review paper preferences, color references, lamination, foil stamping, embossing or spot UV against the artwork and chosen format. A screen preview alone is not a final printed-color reference.

Prepare the artwork

Send your current PDF and confirm whether it is ready for printing or still in development. The review should cover finished size, page order, bleed, safe areas, image resolution and font handling. Cover and spine dimensions should be checked against the final binding and paper specification.

From review to delivery

The project can move through specification review, quotation, proofing or sampling as agreed, approval, production and delivery coordination. Confirm the approved version before production. Packing and international delivery arrangements depend on destination, shipment size and the agreed schedule.

Frequently asked questions
