Choose the material and construction
Tell us what the bag will carry and how it will be used. The material and handle should be considered together rather than selected by appearance alone.

Size, handles and load requirements
Provide width, height and gusset where applicable. Indicate the product weight and any expectations for the handles or base. Load performance should be confirmed for the proposed construction; a product photograph does not establish a tested carrying capacity.
Prepare the branding
Send the logo or artwork, desired print positions, colors and finishing references. Print appearance can differ between paper and fabric. The quotation and proofing discussion should confirm the print method, artwork area and acceptable reference.
Discuss reuse and material claims carefully
A material name alone does not prove environmental performance or a certification. If your project has specific material, sourcing or documentation requirements, include them in the enquiry so availability can be reviewed.
